TENNIS-FIT provides an excellent foundation for a young athlete’s future. The program is designed to be challenging and rewarding by building one’s body and confidence through hard work.

Highlights include nutrition, movement, speed, strength, balance, stamina, footwork, and mental toughness. Instruction and coaching will be given by SB Training founder Sean Ballent, who has applied his understanding of athletic movement and short specific training techniques to young athletes for over 7 years.
