Basketball for boys and girls, grades PK-6

Practices are generally two days per week. In each practice, kids are grouped by age and ability. Our professional coaches will highlight fundamental skills such as passing, shooting, receiving, and dribbling. All levels of play will scrimmage and practice offensive and defensive plays. Practices begin with a warm-up, followed by games, drills, and exercises, followed by a debriefing and cool-down phase.

The atmosphere is positive and fun with an emphasis on team-building and sportsmanship. Each season includes 4 to 5 basketball league games for kids to try out the skills they learned and compete.
