Sports at Your School
We offer professionally coached athletic programs at your school, after school. Kids are grouped by age and skill level and taught fundamental skills through age-appropriate games and instruction in a fun, recreational setting. Our programs are designed to increase confidence and help kids lead a healthy, active lifestyle, eventually competing for their schools or travel teams.
All programs are for boys and girls, grades PreK to 8.
Basketball
Boys & Girls, Grades 2–8
Practices are generally two days per week. In each practice, kids are grouped by age and ability. Our professional coaches will highlight fundamental skills such as passing, shooting, receiving, and dribbling. All levels of play will scrimmage and practice offensive and defensive plays. Practices begin with a warm-up, followed by games, drills, and exercises, followed by a debriefing and cool-down phase.
The atmosphere is positive and fun with an emphasis on team-building and sportsmanship. Each quarter includes at least one basketball and soccer Tournament Day for kids to try out the skills they learned and compete.

Flag Football
Boys & Girls, Grades 2–5
Flag Football is a version of football in which participants pull each others’ flags instead of tackling. Through drills and games, kids will learn how to pull the flags, run pass routes and play defense. Coaches will focus on football-style fitness and scrimmages.
Flag football gives every child the chance to be an impact player. Kids of all sizes are throwing and catching the ball, making interceptions, pulling flags on defense and running for 50-yard touchdowns—all while getting exercise, making friends, and having fun.
Martial Arts
Martial Arts for boys and girls, grades PK-5
School can be a challenging environment for some students. Kids have to succeed academically, while learning life lessons, juggling extracurricular activities, and dealing with new challenges they’ve never faced before.
Martial arts can teach many of the skills required to succeed, not only in school but in life, such as conflict avoidance, working well with others, and respecting others and oneself.
Yoga
